The Muse Tox Membership

Muse Tox is designed to make maintaining your aesthetic routine simple and consistent. Members receive up to 50 units of Botox every three months, one monthly PCA Sensi Peel, preferred member pricing on additional Botox, 10% off eligible aesthetic services, early access to select promotions, VIP event perks, and a welcome gift when joining.

Muse Tox is $249 per month with an initial six-month commitment. After the initial commitment, membership renews in three-month increments to align with quarterly Botox treatment eligibility.

Members are eligible for their included Botox treatment every three months at the earliest. All treatments are subject to clinical assessment and your provider’s recommendation to ensure safe, appropriate treatment.

Your membership includes up to 50 units of Botox every three months, which can be used toward personalized treatment of the upper face. This may include the forehead, frown lines between the brows, and crow’s feet. Your provider will determine appropriate placement and dosing based on your anatomy, aesthetic goals, and clinical assessment.

Any eligible units beyond the 50 included with your quarterly treatment are available at the preferred Muse Tox rate of $13 per unit—giving you access to our Botox Day pricing year-round.

No. Included Botox units and treatments do not accumulate or roll over. Members become eligible for up to 50 units every three months at the earliest, and unused units cannot be banked, transferred, or applied toward a future treatment.

Members receive one PCA Sensi Peel each month. This gentle professional peel helps support brighter, smoother, more refreshed-looking skin and complements your ongoing aesthetic treatment plan.

Monthly peels do not roll over or accumulate. We encourage members to make their peel part of a consistent skincare routine and schedule each treatment within the applicable month.

Muse Tox members receive 10% off eligible aesthetic services in addition to preferred member pricing on Botox. The member discount does not apply to retail products, gift cards, already-discounted packages, promotional pricing, or other excluded services and cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated.

Muse Tox is designed specifically for patients who regularly receive Botox, while Muse Collective is designed for patients who prefer to invest their monthly membership contribution toward eligible non-Botox aesthetic treatments. Muse Collective treatment balances and discounts cannot be applied toward Botox or other neurotoxins. Membership discounts and benefits cannot be stacked on the same service.

Muse Tox requires an initial six-month commitment. After your initial commitment, your membership continues month-to-month until canceled.

Yes. Members may choose to pay for their initial six-month Muse Tox membership in full rather than making monthly payments. Treatment eligibility and monthly benefits remain subject to their regular schedules regardless of whether the membership is prepaid.

After completing the initial six-month commitment, you may cancel your membership by providing at least 30 days’ written notice to Modara Muse. Membership benefits remain available through the end of your final paid membership period.

Muse Tox memberships are intended for the individual member and cannot be transferred or shared. Please contact Modara Muse directly regarding circumstances that may require a temporary membership pause.

Additional eligible Botox units are available to active members at the preferred member rate of $13 per unit. The 10% member discount applies to eligible aesthetic services only and excludes retail products, gift cards, promotional pricing, already-discounted packages, and other excluded services.
